Trident Park, Didcot

This involved the acquisition of a £6M Industrial and Office Park in Didcot with HSBC Active Fund.  Phase 1 consisted of the successful refurbishment of a 50,000 sq.ft industrial building into trade counter and offices.  The majority of the office accommodation was pre-let.  Phase 2 involved the development of a 40,000 sq.ft hi-tech/office building.
